Administrative Coordinator

Eston College is seeking a Temporary Full Time Administrative Coordinator to cover a parental leave.

The position could start as early as mid-February 2023 part time but no later than April 1, 2023 and ending August 30, 2024. This position will be located in Eston, SK until August 14, 2023 at which time the position will be relocated to Regina, SK. 

The AC is a non-voting contributor to the Administrative Cabinet that provides leadership for the College. The Administrative Coordinator oversees the operations of the main office and major communications. He/she works closely with other department heads. 

This position is responsible for the Alumni Network, database management, publications,staff training at annual staff retreat, onboarding new staff including job descriptions and contracts, keeping policies up to date, maintaining accreditation requirements, storage of records and conference registrations. This person works closely with the Finance Officer regarding donations, budget, insurance policies, student payments, etc. 

The AC will have significant logistical responsibilities relative to the college relocation. 

The ideal candidate must be a leader who is highly organized, flexible, a strong communicator, discerning, practices confidentiality, and able to navigate conflict with respect. An understanding of Human Resources is a benefit but not required. Previous experience in a similar role and experience with Eston College is an asset. 

The AC reports directly to and works closely with the President.
