Elsie has been called as a missionary to the world and minister “at large” since the age of 11 yrs when she met Jesus as her Saviour. Under the covering of ACOP,  Elsie was a missionary in Mexico for 11 years and in Estonia for 7. 

Since 1999, God has called her to the world, where she has ministered in numerous countries, and some of those multiple times. 

Called and anointed as a revivalist, Elsie has a passion for souls, to be saved and to see the saints walking in power and authority.
